Hey, you lot. So I’ve decided to be a bit more serious about my blogging. No, no. Don’t worry, this place is still going to be a total disaster. But I did want to approach some websites/online publications with submissions, article ideas, and the like. See if I can get web-published and beef up the ol’ writing resume. Taking Things Seriously 2012, etc.
I seem to do a mediocre to acceptable job of writing things on here that people relate to or like and make them want to follow me (well, like nine of you - the other 785 just like my pictures of Alexa Chung), and it got me thinking maybe I’d be good at it in a sort of freelance, money-making way.
So, what websites do you read a lot? Anything you think I’d be suited for?
I’m thinking of hitting up things like Teen Vogue or Sparknotes, because I tend to have the mentality of a teenager for one and also because most of my writing is geared towards that demographic (Anomalous and the like).
Yeah, just tossing it out there. Any and all ideas or suggestions are welcome! Reply or send me some thoughts here.
